Monthly countdown and submission

YLR (Yo! LGBT Raps) is a monthly music video show/countdown geared toward the L(lesbian)GBT Community. The acronym LGBT was chosen to note our attention on the lesbian community. However, YLR will not discriminate against other members of the queer/homosexual community. If we like it, we play it.

A pool of music artists and videos are selected based on YLR research and email submissions.

Submitting material to YLR gives site the right to post said material on all media platforms it uses.

Videos are selected by the YLR staff, based on the following: Song quality- Lyrics delivered by the artist, beat, style, hook, and production quality; artist delivery- Swagger.

Once a video is selected for the countdown, the artist will be notified that they have been selected to be featured on a YLR countdown.

Since there are no official charts to rank the songs and videos of the urban LGBT community, we base the show appearances on YLR staff opinion, until further notice.

YLR reserves the right to edit its selection(s) at any time, without notice.

If there is a problem with any copyright infringement, please contact us and we will swiftly correct the issue.

YLR is geared towards a mature and adult audience. Both videos and segments may use profanity and/or adult imagery.
